Bolt Torquing services: Al Amara  provide a simple and safe method for ensuring controlled tightening and loosening of bolts. A wide range of light, compact, safe and easy-to-use hydraulic, pneumatic torque tools are available. Each flange will be torqued/tensioned to the customer specifications using standard industry procedures. All information, including the customer supplied Flange ID number, will be marked on a Flange Identification Tag and recorded on a Flange Inspection & Tightening Report. All completed Flange Inspection & Tightening Reports are provided to the customer and are brought back to the office. The files are saved onto a secure system and named with the flange identification tag serial number.

Pipe Cold Cutting & Beveling Services:  Al Amara has external mount equipment for the cutting of thin or thick wall pipes. All of our pipe cutting and beveling equipment is lightweight with low radial and axial clearances for weld preparation, valve fittings and related components, which is ideal for pipe maintenance and construction work in pipelines, oil platforms, petrochemical plants, and refineries. Our equipment can cut, bevel and counter bore pipe from 4" through 24" O.D. on all schedules and alloys.
